Brand Identity Design for NY/NJ Small Businesses
A complete identity — logo, colors, typography, and the materials that carry them — designed by a studio that also prints. Your brand is built to look right on a storefront sign and a business card, not just on a screen.
Service details
What's included
Logo design, color palette, typography selection, and a simple brand sheet your future vendors can follow — plus business card design to put the identity to work immediately.
Timeline
Most identity projects take a few weeks from kickoff to final files, depending on scope. We confirm a schedule with you before work begins.
Deliverables
Final logo in vector formats (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) plus web-ready PNG files — everything a printer, sign maker, or web developer will ever ask you for.
Identity into print
Because we print in-house, your new identity can go straight onto business cards, menus, banners, and signage — produced by the same studio that designed it.
Why Visual Square
Designed to survive print
Many logos look great on screen and fall apart on paper — colors shift, fine lines disappear. We print what we design, so your identity is tested against real ink, paper, and signage from day one.
Built by business operators
We run our own restaurant, 101 Chicken in Fort Lee — its brand, menus, signage, and website are our living portfolio. We design identities the way owners need them: practical, consistent, and ready to use.
English and Korean service
Consult and review in either language. We design identities that work bilingually — naming, typography, and layouts that hold up in both English and Korean.
How it works
01
Discovery
We talk about your business, customers, and competitors — and what the brand needs to do on day one (sign, menu, cards, website).
02
Concepts
We present logo and identity directions with real context — on a card, a storefront, a menu — not just centered on a white slide.
03
Refine & finalize
We refine your chosen direction, lock colors and typography, and prepare the final files and brand sheet.
04
Put it to work
You get every file format you will ever need — and if you want, we print your cards, menus, banners, and signage in the same studio.
Practical questions
FAQ
What does brand identity design include?
A typical project includes logo design, a color palette, typography selection, and a brand sheet that keeps future materials consistent. Most clients add business card design so the identity is usable the day it is finished. Scope is confirmed in your quote before work begins.
How long does an identity project take?
Most projects run a few weeks from kickoff to final files, depending on how many concepts and revisions you want. We agree on a schedule before starting — and if you have a hard date like a store opening, we plan backward from it.
What files do I receive?
Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) plus web-ready PNGs in the color versions you need. These cover everything a printer, sign maker, embroiderer, or web developer will ask for — you will not need to come back for missing formats.
Can you refresh my existing logo instead of starting over?
Yes. If your current logo has equity with customers, we can modernize it — cleaning up the artwork, fixing colors for print, and building the rest of the identity around it — rather than replacing what people already recognize.
Do you also produce the printed materials?
Yes — that is the point of working with us. Business cards, menus, banners, signage, and stickers are printed in the same studio that designed your identity, so colors and quality stay consistent across everything.
How do I get a price?
Email hello@visualsquare.com or call (201) 500-8842 and describe your business and what you need the brand to cover, or use the quote form. We reply with a written scope and quote — in English or Korean, whichever you prefer.
