Is design included with banner printing?
Yes. Professional design is part of every order — bring a logo or just the wording, and our designers handle layout, type sizing, and a digital proof. If you already have a print-ready file, we check the resolution and bleed before printing at no charge.
How fast can I get a banner for a grand opening or event?
Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days after you approve the proof. If your opening or event date is sooner, tell us up front — we will confirm whether a rush schedule is possible before you commit.
What kind of banner do I need — vinyl, mesh, or retractable?
Vinyl is the standard choice for storefronts, grand openings, and most outdoor use. Mesh lets wind pass through, so it is better on fences, railings, and scaffolding. Retractable banner stands are for indoor use — lobbies, trade shows, and events where the banner needs to stand on its own. Not sure? Describe where it will go and we will recommend one.
Can banners be used outdoors?
Yes. Outdoor banners are printed on weather-resistant vinyl with hemmed edges and metal grommets for secure hanging. For especially windy locations we recommend mesh, which reduces wind load on the banner and whatever it is attached to.
What sizes do you print?
Common sizes run from 2'×4' up to large storefront formats — and we print custom dimensions to fit your exact space. Measure the area where the banner will hang (or send us a photo) and we will recommend a size that reads well from the street.
